In the museum you will find a wealth of personal artefacts, paintings, prints, sculpture and Florence Nightingale's own writings that tell the story of the 'Lady with the Lamp'. Other artefacts include a number of military, hospital and nursing materials connected with the Crimean War (1854-1856) and objects connected with the Nightingale School and St. Thomas' Hospital (1860-1910). A collection of 63 letter from Florence Nightingale and a number of her books are also on display.
